We use Firebase Analytics and Apple App Analytics for this purpose. All analytics are aggregated and do not reveal your identity.
No sensitive personal information: We do not knowingly collect government IDs, health data, precise GPS coordinates, biometric identifiers, or payment information inside our apps.

Non-identifiable analytics are retained for up to 24 months. Emails and support tickets are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
